The Skillagora team presented its solution for the first time at the Learning Technologies trade show in Paris on February 1 and 2.
France's leading EdTech and HrTech hub, bringing together 7,000 HR, training and talent management professionals from around the world. At the show, Anais Parenteau, Product Marketing Manager and collective intelligence facilitator, and Anne-Julie Le Serviget, HR expert, took part in a live session on the do's and don'ts that have enabled the BeTomorrow team to make their peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing method fluid, dynamic and innovative.
These were very enriching exchanges, which confirmed our vision: it is now essential to complement Learning & Development systems, and in particular LMSs and their content, with peer learning tools, to create and animate learning communities and strengthen the intellectual capital of organizations.
