The purpose of this document is to detail and explain how BeTomorrow collects, stores, processes, shares or transfers your personal data (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy").

The Privacy Policy applies when you visit the website https://www.skillagora.com/en (hereinafter, the "Site"), the platform https://app.skillagora.com (hereinafter, the "Platform") and the mobile applications downloadable from the Google Play Store and the Apple Store (hereinafter, the "Application"), when you create an account, or in the context of the performance of its services by BeTomorrow.

The Privacy Policy allows you to inform yourself clearly, easily and transparently about the origin and use of the information we process and the rights you have.

By using the Site, the Platform and/or the Application, you declare that you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may be amended to reflect changes in applicable regulations or changes to our services. The new Privacy Policy will apply from the date of its publication. If it includes significant changes, we will inform you by any means.

The personal data collected is processed by BeTomorrow, a limited liability company with a capital of €300,000, identified under number 440 845 667 in the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register, whose registered office is located at 44 rue Barreyre in Bordeaux (33300), and whose telephone number is +33 (0) 5 57 59 06 21, as data controller.
 

As soon as you provide your personal data, you expressly consent to the processing of this personal data, which is also necessary for the performance of its services by BeTomorrow. This processing may also be necessary to comply with a legal obligation (sales contract, delivery, guarantee, etc.).

We put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to process your data in accordance with applicable regulations, and to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk by protecting your personal data against loss, abuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and changes.

1. Personal data collected

During the collection of the data, the User will be informed if certain data must be entered or if it is optional. Failing to fill in the mandatory data will make access to the services and their use by the User impossible.

The categories of personal data collected and processed are: surname, first name, address, email address, password, telephone number, connection data and navigation data (the URL of the links through which the User has accessed the Site and/or the Platform, the User's access provider, the User's Internet Protocol (IP) address).

In any event, BeTomorrow only collects personal information relating to the User for the purpose of certain services offered by the Site or the Platform.

The Site uses video players (YouTube) to broadcast presentation videos and documentations published by third party sites (e.g. Miro, Google Drive). The data that can be collected by the video player are governed by the terms and conditions of use of the video player (Youtube) without intervention of BeTomorrow. If you do not want the video player to collect data concerning your navigation on the Site and/or the Platform, you must not click on the video play button.

In the same way, data collected by third party sites is governed by them, without intervention of BeTomorrow.

2. Purpose of processing

The information and personal data entered on the Site or the Platform, collected by BeTomorrow, may only be communicated to the recipients mentioned below and for the sole purposes of :

  • creating an account on the Site, the Platform or the Application;
  • responding to the User's requests for information;
  • complying with our legal and regulatory obligations, in particular regarding accounting, statutory, fiscal, legal or technical declarations, the fight against fraud and the collection of information such as the fight against money laundering and corruption (TRACFIN);
  • exercising our rights, including exercising or defending our rights in court;
  • enabling you to exercise your rights.

3. Recipients of the data collected

Only BeTomorrow has access to the information provided.

BeTomorrow undertakes not to sell, rent, assign or give access to third parties to the personal data of Users, without their prior consent.

Personal information is only communicated to third parties to meet legal and regulatory obligations (fight against fraud, exercise of the right of defence).

In addition, in the event that all or part of BeTomorrow's assets are sold or transferred to a third party, your personal data may be transferred to this third party in accordance with applicable regulations.

No transfers are made outside of the European Union. However, BeTomorrow reserves the right to transmit your personal data in order to meet its legal obligations, and in particular if it is forced to do so by judicial requisition.

4. Storage of data

Users' personal data are kept for a period strictly necessary for the purposes set out, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

The banking information you provide in the context of the order is collected by our banking service providers and is not kept by BeTomorrow.

BeTomorrow will take all precautions to preserve the security of personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

5. Rights attached to personal data

In accordance with the legal provisions provided for by Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to information technology, files and freedoms, and European Regulation No.2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR"), Users have the following rights:<br>

  • to exercise their right of access, to know their personal data held by BeTomorrow;
  • to request the updating of their data;
  • to request portability;
  • to request the deletion of their data (the right to delete does not apply when the data is necessary to comply with a legal obligation that requires us to keep this data or it is necessary to exercise or defend our rights in court);
  • to request the limitation of the processing of their data;
  • to oppose or withdraw their consent to the use by our services of their data;<br>
  • to define the guidelines relating to the retention, deletion and communication of their personal data after their death;
  • to register on the Bloctel list of opposition to canvassing.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you. Such opposition will, however, make it impossible to access the Site and/or the Platform, or to perform the services in progress.

For any additional information or complaint, the User can contact the National Commission for Data Protection (www.cnil.fr).

6. Cookies

When consulting the Site and/or the Platform, information relating to navigation may be recorded in files called "Cookies", installed on the User's terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.).

These cookies are intended to collect and temporarily store information relating to the User's navigation on the Site or the Platform in order to track the volume, type, configuration of traffic using the Site or the Platform, and to contribute generally to the improvement of the service we offer.

The data obtained in this way is intended to facilitate subsequent visits to the Site or the Platform, as well as to enable various measurements of visit frequency.

The cookies or any other element identifying the User and allowing the User's traceability, as well as the raw attendance data associating an identifier, are not kept beyond thirteen months.

The User can accept the use of cookies or choose at any time to disable them. Refusal to install a cookie may make it impossible to access certain services.
